Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website and when you book a class, workshop or event with us.

Effective from 18 September 2026Last updated 18 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dance Floor Studio (“we”, “us”). You can reach us on +91 9860555805 or by email at Dancefloorpune@gmail.com.

Notices under these terms should be sent to Shop no. 42, Ground, vision 9 mall, Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411027.

These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Using this website

By using this website, or by booking through it, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please give accurate information when you enquire or book. Please do not misuse the website — for example by interfering with how it works, or by booking in somebody else’s name without their permission.

3. Workshops, events and bookings

Each workshop page shows its dates, venue, ticket types and prices, and whether registrations are open.

One booking can include several people. Every person is named on the booking and receives their own ticket and registration number.

Where a workshop offers a Kid ticket, it is for participants aged 12 and under, unless that workshop’s own page says otherwise. A child must be booked with, and attend with, a parent or guardian who is responsible for them throughout the workshop.

Some workshops ask for a participant photograph, an ID proof, or answers to questions such as dance level. Where a workshop requires them, they must be given before the workshop; they can be added later from the booking’s ticket link.

A booking is confirmed only when it is paid in full, or at once for a free workshop. Until then, no place is guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in rupees (₹). The price shown is the total payable: where GST applies it is included in that price, and nothing further is added at checkout.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

An online booking holds its places for 30 minutes while payment is completed. If payment is not completed in that time, the places are released and nothing is charged.

A booking made at the studio can be paid at the desk by cash, UPI or bank transfer, or through a payment link we send you.

Every payment receives a numbered receipt.

You pay the price shown when you booked, even if the price changes later.

5. Tickets and entry

Each ticket carries a QR code and admits one named person, once on each day of the workshop.

Show your ticket at the entry desk, on your phone or printed. The ticket link can be opened and printed at any time, and a printable copy is sent to you when registrations close.

The entry desk may check your ticket against the photograph and ID proof given with the booking, and may refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, cancelled or unpaid, belongs to somebody else, or the ID does not match.

A place can be passed to somebody else by changing the participant’s name, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the workshop starts. After that the ticket stays as issued. Changing a name issues a new ticket, and the old ticket stops working.

Please do not share your ticket or its QR code. A ticket already scanned in on a day will not admit anybody else that day.

6. Taking part, health and safety

Dance is physical activity. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for judging whether you are fit to do so. Tell the instructor about any injury or medical condition before a session starts.

Follow the directions of instructors and staff, and respect other participants and the rules of the venue.

We may remove anybody whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or intoxicated. No refund is given in that case — see removal from a workshop.

Where a workshop asks you to accept a waiver when booking, that waiver forms part of these terms.

7. Photographs and videos

We may photograph and film workshops and events, and use the footage on our website and social media. Bookings ask for your consent to this. If you would rather not appear, tell the staff on the day and we will make reasonable efforts to leave you out of what we publish.

What happens to a participant photograph or an ID proof given with a booking is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and cancellations

If we need to change a workshop’s date, time or venue, or cancel it, we will tell you on WhatsApp, or on the phone number on your booking.

Refunds — whether you cancel or we do — are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Dance Floor Studio or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Otherwise, our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — such as travel or accommodation costs, lost earnings or loss of enjoyment.

We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings at a workshop or venue.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bharat. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking, and the dates at the top of this page show when they last changed.
