Shipping & Delivery
We sell no physical goods. Here is how a ticket reaches you, and where the classes and workshops themselves are delivered.

1. Nothing is shipped
Dance Floor Studio provides classes, workshops and events, delivered in person. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Nothing is sent by post or courier, and no delivery or shipping charge is ever added to a booking.
2. How tickets are delivered
Tickets are delivered electronically, as soon as payment is confirmed — or at once for a free workshop:
- on WhatsApp, to the phone number on the booking, and to any participant who gave their own number;
- at the booking’s ticket link, where every ticket for that booking can be opened, printed or saved at any time.
When registrations close, every participant is also sent a printable copy of their ticket. Each payment receives a numbered receipt at the same ticket link.
3. Where the service is delivered
At the venue, and on the dates, shown on the workshop’s page and on your ticket. Regular classes are held at the studio.
Our studio is at Shop no. 42, Ground, vision 9 mall, Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411027.
4. If your ticket has not arrived
Check that the phone number on your booking is correct, and look in WhatsApp. Then contact us on +91 9860555805 or by email at Dancefloorpune@gmail.com with your name and payment reference, and we will send it again.
